Products and orders

Select your preferred model and colour before checkout. Product galleries may show multiple colour options. Screen colours may vary. We describe products using the information available and do not guarantee features that are not stated on the product page.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Store prices are in US dollars unless another currency is explicitly displayed. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties not collected at checkout may apply under destination rules, as described in our shipping policy.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping policy explains dispatch and estimated delivery times. Our Refund policy explains the 30-day change-of-mind return process and remedies for faulty goods. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation.
