Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from China. We currently accept delivery orders only for destinations and services available at checkout.

Processing

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates after dispatch

Standard delivery: approximately 8–20 business days. Standard shipping is free. If a priority service is offered at checkout, its estimated transit time is 6–11 business days and the price is displayed before payment. Processing time is additional to transit time.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, carrier delays and peak periods can extend delivery. We will assist with delayed or missing deliveries; your statutory rights remain unchanged.

Tracking and delivery details

We send dispatch information and tracking details when available. Please check your address carefully before ordering. Contact sac@vesafrahub.com promptly for address changes; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
